Our Music Practice Book is wonderful for anyone who is learning to read and write music.  It has a spiral binding to allow for leaving it open.  There is a 4 mm gap between the lines for ease in writing notes.  These books have alternating staff lines and blank pages made from 120g drawing paper.  There are 24 pages in each 11.69 x 8.27 inch landscape format book.  Made in Germany.
