This Middle School Main Lesson Book has 40 pages (8.27x9.84 inch), and is 1x1 format.  That is, it has one lined sheet for writing, then one blank sheet for drawing with a protector sheet in between.  These books have a red cover.

The lined pages have lines about 5/16 inches apart and a left border line about 1 inch from the edge of the paper.

The booklets consist of 90 g-typewriting paper and 120 g-indication paper. The separation sheets bound between them prevent the colors used in making picture from smearing onto the opposite pages. For the cover page 260 g heavy cardboard is used.  Made in Germany.
