This is a precious pink skirt that will turn any child into a fairy or ballerina. This skirt has three layers:  a thick sateen layer next to the legs, a sheer pink poly knit, then on top is the double layer of pink tulle with silk flower petals and leaves in between.  To make it prettier yet, there is a ribbon rose attached to the center front with pink and green ribbons coming down from it (this does not show in our pictures).  This skirt fits a child up to 6 years old. The waist has elastic and a wide ribbon tie.  Very comfortable, very fun!  Made in Canada.  Due to small parts, not intended for children under the age of 3 years old.
